VARAC Peter Jackson Trophy Races at Shannonville Motorsports Park. Saturday, July 13.
This was a one day, VARAC only event. The entrants were divided into three race groups:
VHC. Vintage/Historic plus Classic/Modern Classic 3, 4 & 5 less than 2500 Lbs.
CMC. Classic & Modern Classic B, A, 1 & 2 plus "heavy" Vintage/Historic.
Formula Classic.
Each race group had a 22 minute practice, 25 minute qualification and two 25 minute races. There was also a 22 minute Peter Jackson Sportsman race. (any closed wheel car under 2500 Lbs.) Lots of track time in a very condensed time period on an extremely hot day, but tons of fun.

I was racing our Kelly FV, Shane was unable to come, so it was just me and my 8-year-old Grandson Wyatt and 11-year-old Grandson Ayden. I gave them each a camera and an assignment to take photos of the event. Here are the results:
